Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. An optional Express shipping upgrade is available at checkout for a flat $15 fee.

Order Fulfillment
FurvoPet works with trusted fulfillment partners, including AutoDS, whose network of US-based warehouses source and ship our products directly to you. This lets us offer a wider range of quality pet products at fair prices. Delivery times reflect this fulfillment process — see Delivery Estimates below.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping: 3–10 business days total, from order to delivery.
Express shipping: 3–5 business days total, for customers who choose the faster paid option at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Carriers
Depending on your location and the product ordered, your package may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Multiple Packages
Because some orders include items fulfilled by different suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one package on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or missing an item, contact us at support@furvopet.store with your order number and we'll send the missing item or issue a refund for it, whichever you prefer.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays
Occasionally, weather, carrier delays, or high order volume can affect delivery times. We'll do our best to keep you updated if your order is running behind schedule.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@furvopet.store with your order number and we'll make it right.
