Shipping

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-10 business days total from order to delivery; Express shipping (optional, paid) takes 3-5 business days total. Delivery estimates can vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Do you ship across the United States? Yes, we currently ship within the United States.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. See our Refund policy for full details.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Are FurvoPet products safe for my pet? Yes. We carefully vet every product for quality and safety before adding it to our catalog.
